Fish Oil Side Effects
So you’re considering taking fish oil for an omega 3 supplement. Or maybe you’ve already got a good brand of fish oil, but you’re wondering what could happen if you keep taking it, or if you overdose on it.
Well, you’re not alone, many people are concerned about fish oil side effects.
The good news is that the only significant side effects are good ones.
Such as:
-Increased brain function
-Improved hair, nails, eyes, etc.
-Reduction in visible aging
-Healthier heart function
-And much much more…
The only potentially harmful side effect that I’ve been able to find is that in very rare cases, if you *mega* dose on omega 3, like drinking a whole wine glass full of fish oil every day, you risk having slower coagulating blood. Which means that if you get cut, you could have a harder time stopping the bleeding.
But you’d have to be taking a *ton* of fish oil to even risk that at all.
That being said, if you are planning any major, or minor surgeries in the future and are taking fish oil, it would be smart to let your doctor know what you’re taking and how much, just to be safe.
Otherwise, the side effects of fish oil are mostly positive, and you really can’t get too much. It’s truly one of the best things you can do for yourself (taking fish oil daily.)
So go out there, get yourself a great quality fish oil supplement and stop worrying about the side effects already!
